Start with our 6-question clinical screener based on the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1). It's free, takes 2 minutes, and identifies whether a full assessment is recommended for you. No account required.

If your screener indicates a high probability of ADHD, you'll be invited to unlock The Vault, your secure patient dashboard. Pay the one-time diagnostic fee via Stripe (card or bank transfer) to begin the formal clinical process.
The 43-Question Assessment
Inside the Vault, you'll complete a comprehensive digital assessment covering your childhood history, current challenges, mood markers (PHQ-9 / GAD-7), and executive function. This gives our clinicians a full, nuanced picture before the consultation.

Once your assessment is submitted, the booking calendar unlocks. Browse licensed clinicians and specialists by area of expertise, read their profiles, and choose a consultation slot that fits your schedule, all in Nigeria (WAT) timezone.
The 1-to-1 Consultation
Meet your specialist face-to-face via secure video call from your Vault. They'll review your full assessment, ask targeted clinical questions, and share their initial findings with you in the session. This is a real conversation, not a box-ticking exercise.
Your Formal Clinical Report
Your official clinical report is uploaded securely to your Vault within 48 hours of the consultation. This is a full, formal document, not a summary paragraph.
Who this service isn't for
We believe in radical honesty. Unmask ADHD is not the right service if you are:
- Under 21 years old: paediatric ADHD assessment requires a different clinical pathway
- Experiencing a psychiatric emergency: please call 999/112 or go to your nearest hospital immediately, or contact your emergency contact
- Already diagnosed and seeking only a second opinion: we are a diagnostic service, not a review service
- Looking for a prescription service only: medication is part of our report, not a standalone offering
